It usually takes 8-14 business days for our packages to reach their destination, but can sometimes take up to 28 business days, depends on the load of the courier company.
The products are shipped via airmail with a tracking number.
You can clean the mats with a damp or dry cloth, as needed. If you want to use soap, dish detergent is definitely enough.
After rinsing you can simply hang the rug to dry. The bamboo rugs you should keep as dry as possible, the vinyl do not have any issue with waters.
Bleach, detergents containing alcohol or rough cloth will damage the print and cause it to fade.
We import the bamboo rugs in their final size and we cannot change their size. But we have so many sizes, please check them out and you might find one that feet your needs.
The vinyl mats can be made to certain sizes. Please contact our customer services, through the contact page, for additional information.
Different countries have different regulations regarding import fees, customs fees or other taxes. Artmat cannot calculate these fees and taxes and does not cover them.
